ABOUT

This site: What? Why? How? When? Who?

Welcome to "Can't Stress These Resources Enough," a website designed specifically for teens and young adults but open to anyone. It will help you find resources related to managing stress and provide tips on how to keep looking for information on your own.

Managing stress is something everyone learns to do and young adults begin to manage stress on their own once they take on more responsibilities and as they deal with life events. In running a library event on study skills, I asked the middle school and high school students in the audience if they were aware of being stressed by school alone, and they said yes. Some shook their heads quite forcefully! School, social expectations, identity development, future plans, family life, and many other topics are all things young adults have stress about.
